The color is bright and fresh, as is the bouquet with tropical white fruit aromas and a hint of lychee, licorice and crushed stones. Juicy, sweet and piquant on the palate, this is still a fruit-dominant but wonderfully light and filigreed Auslese from the Drachenstein that again reveals lychee flavors. This is very juicy, stimulating and gorgeous, but I really don't know what to pair it with. It's too fresh for desserts and also not sweet enough.
